Any pricing, timelines, or availability discussed informally are estimates only. A binding relationship is formed solely through a separate written construction or services agreement signed by both parties.

Content and intellectual property

All text, photographs, renderings, logos, and other content on the Site are owned by Armon Homes or used with permission and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Project photography depicts homes we have built. Home designs, floor plans, and finish selections shown are illustrative and may vary from project to project.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
